BelFone distributors are granted exclusive or semi-exclusive rights in designated regions to promote, sell, and support BelFone products. Distributors must meet annual sales targets, maintain a local inventory, and provide basic marketing and technical support. Training and co-marketing opportunities are available to help grow regional presence.
Resellers
BelFone resellers operate under authorized distributors or directly with BelFone to offer products to end-users. Resellers should have established sales channels and are encouraged to promote BelFone branding locally. No minimum inventory is required, but active promotion and customer engagement are essential for continued authorization.
Software Developers
BelFone partners with independent software developers to integrate or expand its communication solutions. Developers can access BelFone's APIs, SDKs, and technical documentation upon signing a development agreement. Co-branded solutions and technical support are available, with priority given to innovation that enhances system compatibility or user experience.
After-Sales Service Providers
Service providers are authorized to offer technical support, repairs, and maintenance for BelFone products. They must pass BelFone's technical certification process and adhere to service quality standards. Tools, parts, and training are provided, with regular assessments to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
